Call centers benefit
greatly from the lower cost of VoIP services. An expensive predictive
dialer or ACD from one of the large vendors can now be replaced with a
low-cost service running on inexpensive computers, and with more
flexibility than the old system.
Vicidial is a
Voice-over-IP call center package that will transform your call
center. Each agent needs a low-cost VoIP phone or a softphone,
and a PC with a web browser. All call control is handled via the
web browser. Phone lines
can be delivered to the system by T1/PRI or over the internet
from VoIP service providers.
The Vicidial system
queues inbound callers and distributes their calls to agents.
For outbound calling, the system has a list of phone numbers and
uses predictive dialing to maximize the utilization of your

call center we can configure FreePBX along with Vicidial to
provide an office phone system all in one package.
We can install
Vicidial on a server on your premises or host it in our secure,
reliable data center in San Antonio, TX. If you use the hosted
solution or deliver the phone calls across the internet you will
need a high speed internet connection at your office at T1 or
higher speeds. DSL or cable are usually not reliable enough.
If you're starting a
new call-center, expanding, or moving, we can install your
