VoiceMail Escalation Module for FreePBX

Cartama Consulting has been working with Asterisk since 2004. We have installed Voice-over-IP (VoIP) services in a variety of different environments.

We have developed a module that provides a voicemail escalation system for FreePBX and Trixbox CE. It is ideal for companies that need to provide 24 hour service, but don't have staff in the office 24/7.

Your on-call phone will be called whenever a voicemail is left in a designated extension. If the on-call person does not answer, the system escalates the call to the next phone in a list. The process repeats for up to 4 phone numbers. The common scenario is to put the on-call person first, his/her backup second, then the manager, and finally the CEO.

The list of numbers and the time interval between calls is configurable via a web page in FreePBX. More than one voicemail box can be configured for escalation. The module also works with Trixbox CE (which is based on FreePBX).

The module costs $499.00 including support for 3 months.
